This coastal renovation of multi-residential complex included a varied scope. 6 brand new apartments contained coastal, light and durable kitchens with durable surfaces and a timeless facade. 

A luxury penthouse on the top floor took a different direction, favouring rich and warm expansive joinery suites with a widespread kitchen and walk-in pantry, and an impressive guest entertainment suite to compliment the ocean view.
